Cartagena By Car
Cartagena is a lovely city to travel to by car
Firstly many of the roads are wide
Secondly its has got good signage
Thirdly there are loads of roundabouts, so if you make a mistake, it is easy to correct yourself
Travelling from Lo Pagan
Use the AP7 motorway towards Cartagena (it is TOLL FREE )
Try and follow signs for Cartagena and where possible go STRAIGHT AHEAD
Follow signs towards P.Alfonso XIII , instead of turning off the main road.
This will eventually lead you to one of the main roads through the city P. Alfonso XIII
Head straight through all roundabouts here.
At the biggest roundabout with trees in the middle, go around it until you see REPSOL garage
Turn off to the right for the road in front of the REPSOL garage (see picture)
Follow this road around and drive alongside the Yellow and White wall of the Navy base (see picture)
Eventually you will come to port area with lots of engineering works on the right hand side
Look out for first building on your right
Immediate after thus building , is an entrace to the underground car park
Parking here costs are not too expensive
